This deeply inward, immersive journey is designed to help you let go and breathe life back in.

This work is about learning how to acknowledge your thoughts and beliefs, regulate your body, and reconnect with the divinity within. You’ll move from awareness to embodiment, clearing old patterns, alchemizing wounds into wisdom, and building a new internal foundation rooted in awareness, alignment and integration.

Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, and structured self inquiry, you’ll learn how to stop reacting from old conditioning and start responding with neutrality and peace.

This work is where you come home to your true authentic self.

My Approach

I take you through the very same pathway I came home to my own truth. We will use a variety of different tools and modalities such as breathwork, guided meditation, channeling, astrology, chakras, and so much more. It is my goal for you to find the depths of yourself that you have hidden under all the layers of hurt, to break free and reclaim your sovereignty.

  • We begin the journey by building awareness around your thoughts, triggers, and patterns, reconnecting with your body, and re-establishing your baseline. You’ll learn to observe your thoughts without identifying with them and begin to recognize what activates your triggers. This week introduces grounding and earthing practices, including the use of your Anchor as a tool for returning to baseline. It concludes with an energy clearing, incorporating techniques such as kinesiology, EFT tapping, and working with energetic gates, meridians, and the chakra system to begin moving and clearing blocked energy in the body.

  • We continue the journey by creating separation between you and your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to observe your internal experience with more clarity. You’ll learn how to identify what you’re feeling, where it’s showing up in your body, and begin understanding the patterns behind those responses. This week also focuses on deepening your baseline and reinforcing internal stability, while expanding into astrology as a tool for recognizing emotional and behavioral patterns, and developing awareness of intuitive guidance through Spirit Nudges, synchronicities, and beginning to build a relationship with your Spirit Guide.

  • As journey deepens, you begin actively shifting your patterns by challenging the thoughts and beliefs behind them. You’ll explore emotions and their frequencies, learning how to stay with what arises so it can surface and move, rather than be avoided or suppressed.You’ll begin the first phase of the 7 Pillars of Forgiveness to process past experiences, while working with journal prompts, meditation, and home study of archetypes to deepen your awareness. The week ends with a breathwork session designed to support the release of what’s been coming up, building on the awareness and realizations from the previous weeks.

  • At this stage in the journey, you begin going deeper into the patterns you’ve been working with by identifying the layers beneath your thoughts; surface thought, underlying belief, and subconscious truth. You’ll learn how to trace your reactions back to their root, gaining clarity on the core beliefs and experiences that have been shaping how you show up. This week also introduces your Sacred Coordinates, helping you define what is actually true for you and the direction you want to move in. You’ll explore the chakra system in detail through focused awareness and meditation, deepening your connection to your body and internal experience This week ends with a breathwork session focused on the chakras to support alignment and movement through each center.

  • In the final stage of the journey, you turn inward and begin integrating everything you’ve worked through. You’ll revisit your realizations in the 7 Pillars of Forgiveness through a new lens. This week focuses on honing in on your Sacred Coordinates and allowing them to guide how you move forward. You’ll begin pairing with your Spirit Nudges and Guides while reclaiming your power and owning your ability to create your life with intention. The journey concludes with a self love breathwork session, grounding everything you’ve built, into your body.

The Course

Course Details

Format

All sessions are held virtually, allowing you to join from wherever you are. For those located in Utah, there is also the option to attend sessions in person.

Time Commitment

This is a five week journey, held over ten weeks to allow space between sessions for integration and application. Each session is two hours, with additional daily practices and study throughout the week (approximately one hour per day).

The sessions guide you, but the real work happens in how you apply it between them.

Investment

The investment for the five week course is $2,500. A payment plan is available, with the option to pay as you go each week.
